Yeah, this has many facets to it. For me, I find it sad that the individuals working in development cooperation seemed to have the handbrakes on with their engagement. They often seem to be held back by the organizations they work for.

I believe supervisors and directors need to do more to unleash their co-workers to get them to just talk more. Most things are not a political issue immediately … and on social media, you can rectify and even delete comments easily.
